Can Blanca is a charming and comfortable villa located in Can Germa, less than 5 km from San Antonio where you will find all types of local shops.
All the beaches of the west coast such as: Cala Bassa, Cala Conta, Codolar, Tarida, Cala Molí, or Cala Vadella are within a radius of 15-20 km, while Ibiza town is 20 km away.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, private swimming pool, nice garden, barbecue, great sea view and is close to the beach

In detail the bedrooms are all located on the ground floor:

Room 1
Room, with direct access to the garden and pool, en suite bathroom with shower.

Room 2 and room 3 share the same bathroom with shower.

Inside the villa features a large living room, dining room with fireplace, plasma TV, French satellite, DVD player, Hi-Fi system.
The living room has direct access to the main pool terrace.
Furthermore, there is an American kitchen with dishwasher, plates and gas oven, toaster, fridge-freezer.

Outside we find a large terrace with private pool (10m x 4m), a Summer kitchen with barbecue, terraces equipped either with outdoor lounge or with dining table, outdoor covered lounge.

The villa boasts a very well-maintained garden, with beautiful sunset and sea views.

Finally, there is also an uncovered parking for 4 cars.

Check in: 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
Late check in is allowed at extra price 20:00–00:00 = 120 EUR; 00:00–09:00 = 180 EUR to be paid cash upon arrival
Amount of security deposit: 2.500.00 EUR
Security deposit must be paid in the form of: Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
Guests are requested to drop off their garbage in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. The road service does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid season, a fee may apply for consumption of heat and electricity better than average.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by the owner/agency.
Pets not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Children welcome.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam.
Booking cancellation fee: 100 €
Changes to confirmed arrangements fee: 100 €
final cleaning: €300 to pay upon arrival
