This completely renovated, traditional Ibizan country house dating back to 1953 is perched on a hill in the picturesque San Mateo Valley and offers stunning views and sun all day long due to its south-facing position.

The house has a charming terrace at the front, which is accessible from both the kitchen and the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has a table for six people. Inside, the elongated living room offers a small sofa with satellite TV and a dining table for eight people and provides access to all four bedrooms.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all with a shower, one of which has a whirlpool bath. Two of the bathrooms are en-suite and are located on the first floor. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. Two bedrooms have two single beds (200x90 cm), while the other two are doubles (200x150 cm).

At the rear of the house, the plot rises to accommodate the pool, which measures approximately 10x4 metres. The pool area is equipped with a protective railing, sun loungers and a small artificial grass area. Please note that barbecues are not permitted due to the protected status of the property.

For bookings of at least one week, a complete change of towels and bed linen is offered every 7 days, with basic cleaning throughout the week.
