  • Restaurada recentemente, esta fazenda oferece acomodações com cinco quartos, incluindo quatro quartos no primeiro andar, três dos quais em suíte. Há um quarto no andar térreo com banheiro privativo e três câmaras abobadadas, proporcionando uma impressionante área de estar. Tectos com vigas expostas e pisos originais mantêm o caráter e o charme simples desta fazenda toscana com muita luz natural. A casa fica à beira do "Alpe della Luna" ou "montanhas da lua" da Toscana e é acessada por uma estrada de asfalto tranquila que leva a uma rede de trilhas para entrar no parque nacional em que a casa fica. Excelente vista para o sul em direção a Sansepolcro (9 km), onde se pode desfrutar da atmosfera especial de uma "pequena Florença", com seus excelentes restaurantes, lojas, bares e, claro, o museu "Piero della Francesca". Existe uma piscina solar aquecida de 5m x 12m, olival, árvores de fruto e rosas de escalada. Vistas deslumbrantes sobre o vale e as colinas ao redor. Um restaurante de primeira classe fica a uma curta caminhada e fica aberto o ano todo. Os proprietários adicionaram recentemente o satélite Sky com mais de 200 canais (muitos em inglês), incluindo Sky News, Sky Sports (idioma original) e Sky Cinema (idioma original).

This is a stunning, well-equipped holiday home in a beautiful part of Eastern Tuscany. The pool is huge and there is wild swimming about 15 mins walk from the house. The scenery from the house and the area is lovely and teeming with wokdlife. We loved the pair of hoopoes that visited every morning.The restaurant at the bottom of the hill is great. Sansepolcro has a great bread and pastries shop Fiorno le Fiabe and the cafe just up the road Pasticceria Chieli has great coffee and cakes. Sansepolcro is a nice little town. The Co-Op on the edge of town has everything you need. Anghiari close by is a must visit medieval town. Great holiday.

Amazing stay

Perfect vacation. Nice and quiet surroundings. Great house with all necessities to make food, relax and enjoy. We were especially fond of the pizza oven. Would recommend this house any time.

Wirklich wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Villa, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Gelungene Zimmeraufteilung, schöne Bäder, toller Pool mit praktischem Badehäuschen, weitläufiger, schön gepflegter Garten, super Pizzaofen und vor allem einen wunderbaren, aufmerksamen und immer bereiten Simon, unseren Ansprechpartner und Hausbetreuer vor Ort!

The property is really well designed/laid out, and is very comfortable for 8-10. Kitchen was well-equipped. Bedrooms spacious and comfortable. A very good restaurant is walkable. The pool and pool house are well maintained. Location beautiful.We loved our stay there so give it 5 stars!

Perfect location for a stay with family and friends

We had a very relaxing stay for one week in this wonderful house this summer with the whole family. The house is very well equipped, it is very clean and it is located in a very silent area. Booking, Check-in / Check-out and support during our stay by Simon & Giovanni worked like a charm. I can highly recommend this location and we hope to stay there again in the future.

A lovely house in the tranquil Tuscan hills

We had a perfect week in this delightful house. It accommodated our large family group perfectly and we loved the pool, beautiful views and the pretty town of San Sepolcro nearby. Chris was welcoming and helpful from a distance, and Simon and his family, who look after the villa and its lovely gardens, were very kind and so helpful - a real addition to our stay.Warmly recommended!

Once again another perfect Holiday

After 2020 we had very nice holiday with family and friends in this lovely Villa again. Everything was Perfect. Booking , Communication , the House and the surrounding. Can recommend this Villa again.

Family Holiday

An absolutely fantastic stay in this beautiful property. The host and the property manager were both so accommodating and helpful. We felt very safe, including pool safety etc with 2 small children (18 months and 3.5 years). Brilliant outdoor space which was all used on a daily basis. The host also kindly gave us some brilliant recommendations for restaurants and cooking class which we are so glad we booked. Highly recommend booking this property, definitely on our list to come back to!

We had an amazing stay at this villa! Everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The place was clean and very well taken care of, which made us feel comfortable right away. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to make meals. One of the highlights for us was the huge backyard, we were lucky to have great weather, so we spent a lot of time outside relaxing and enjoying the space. Communication with the host was excellent. Both Chris and Simon were very responsive and always quick to reply to any questions we had, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.One small thing to note is that it took a little while for the house to warm up. We probably should have packed slightly warmer clothes, but it didn’t take away from our stay at all.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Lovely villa

We had a lovely holiday, the villa had lots of room and the pool was fantastic. Couple of places to have meals and kitchen was good. Interesting area, went to Cortona, Assisi and Arezzo. Also a concert in the village of Anghiari which was magical. Only slight negative, having to buy bottled water. Caroline

A piece of heaven

This place has it all. A wonderfully furnished, welleqipt and spacious house. A beautiful and large garden. A lovely pool. And last but not least a stunning view from all parts of the property. Add to this a very kind and helpfull housekeeper. We had two wonderfull weeks and would love to come back. Do not miss a visit to Anghiari which is a village out of a farry tale or the L’Osteria in Aboca down the road - one of our very best restaurant experiences. Great food - great service!

Beautiful Villa -perfect for a girls trip

We were five mature women looking for the full tuscan experience and we found it. The villa is as beautiful as described. Spacious rooms, big kitchen and the pool area was lovely. The outdoor breakfast area was especially popular for morning coffees. If you go, though, you must have a car as public transportation is not easily accessible. The kitchen is well equipped but was missing some basic food supplies, such as salt and pepper, spices or paper towels. I would also have expected there to be sufficient toilet paper and hand soap for the bathrooms but we had to buy that as well. Not a huge deal, more of an inconvenience really. Overall though, one of the nicest places we've stayed at. Would definitely recommend.

Very beautiful house in the country side in an agricultural environment. Great kitchen to make food and cooking. Beautiful swimming pool, lovely garden among olive trees. This summer was very hot, and the house is not insulated and does not have air conditionning (only fans...). We did not find a way to cool down the temperature in the rooms on the second floor, below the roof. Quality of sleep during the night was poor, but resting below the garden trees during the day was great. The région and nature around the house are amazing. Last but not least, insects everywhere: it means that the fields around are not polluted with chemicals, which is a very good thing!

Amazing holiday home

We were two families and our mother staying in this lovely house. We especially enjoyed the pool and gorgeous views from the pool. The house itself was clean and well kept and easily fitted 10 people between 2 and 70 years old. Communication was smooth before and during the stay and Simon and his family gave us a warm welcome. Would happily recommend it and come back.

Casa fantastica con ottime finiture. Posto tranquillo, molto spazio disponibile e casa fornita di tutto il necessario sia all'interno che all'esterno. Abbiamo passato 3 giorni fantastici. Unica pecca, se così si può dire, per noi che siamo stati in inverno, la mancanza di un camino all'interno che avrebbe reso il tutto perfetto

Heavenly Stay In Tuscany

We had a fantatsic week in this beautiful villa which was more than big enough for our two families. There were four ensuites which gave us loads of privacy and two living rooms, a dining room and two outdoor dining areas so always a space to find some peace and quiet. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable with stunning views with lots of outodoor space. The pool was HUGE and we had hours of fun playing and relaxing. The location was excellent - not too far from Siena, Florence, Gubbio and Cortona for day trips and the local town of Sansepolcro only 15 mins for all your grocery needs and a great outdoor pool with slides. The local restaurant L'Osteria in Aboca is also well worth a visit.

Innbydende, fredelig og vakkert!

Jeg fikk en tåre i øyekroken ved ankomst. Slått av det vakre, rene og smakfulle. Grønt og frodig. Deilig og rent svømmebasseng. Vi manglet ingen ting. Nærheten til restauranten 5 minutt unna til fots, var av stor verdi. Flotte turområder rundt. Litt varmt på soverommene er det eneste lille minuset. Anbefales på det varmeste!
