The Space
The building, one of the first historic buildings in the village, tells an ancient story: the current sleeping areas are located where the ancient stables once stood, while outside the historic “pilozza” in Lecce stone is still visible .
The structure has been designed to offer maximum versatility and is divided into two specular and completely independent environments . This configuration makes it the ideal choice for two couples or two small families who want to travel together without sacrificing their privacy.
Each unit has:


Bedroom: Large double built from ancient walls, fresh and quiet .


Living Area: A bright environment with dining table and a comfortable sofa bed (French double).


Kitchen: Fully equipped, simple and functional, with induction hob, oven and refrigerator .


Bathroom: Modern, private and carefully finished .


Guest Access and Comfort
The real social heart of the house is the wonderful shared pergola : a large outdoor patio set up as an open-air living room . It is the perfect space to get together for al fresco dinners or to enjoy the quiet of the country in relaxing armchairs, even if you know you can return to your private accommodation at any time .

Parking: Parking space inside the property (shared between the two apartments).


The Position
Sannicola is the perfect compromise: the tranquility of a typical Salento village combined with the strategic proximity to Gallipoli, Baia Verde and Punta della Suina. Here you can enjoy a “slow” stay, made up of breakfasts at the bar in the square and the scent of the sea at your fingertips .

Extra services on request: extra linen euro 25 per person, extra cleaning during the stay euro 50
Standard preparation: a double bed will be prepared for every 1/2 guests.
Extra bed for a fee: if a group of two (2) guests wishes to use the sofa bed (e.g. to sleep separately), it is possible to request it with an additional cost of 25 euros for the entire stay to be paid in cash on site.
