La Casetta a Sannicola is a completely remodeled small vacation home , perfect for quiet vacations just a few minutes` drive from Gallipoli`s most beautiful beaches.
The one-bedroom apartment with loft is located in Sannicola, it is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, TV, hair dryer, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, microwave, electric oven etc.

The two-room apartment with a loft stands along a narrow street in the historic center of Sannicola.
The entrance is into a modern living room furnished with 1 double sofa bed, open kitchen, table and chairs for dining. On the mezzanine is 1 double bed.
The house is completed by 1 large shower room in which there is also a washing machine, and a small outdoor space at the back, exclusive to the house.

La Casetta a Sannicola is located in the center of the small town, part of the immediate Gallipoli hinterland.
The sea is only 6 km away. The nearest equipped beaches are those of Padula Bianca and Rivabella, only 7 km away, but Baia Verde with the most famous beaches of Gallipoli is also less than 10 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 27 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The fireplace is not usable.
