certified with 5 ***** by the German Tourism Association, is the name of your apartment with a separate entrance, 65 square meters, recently renovated in a trendy neo-vintage style with an outdoor lounge, quietly located on a dead-end street yet still central/ — great parking! It’s right next to the famous mountain bike trail called “PUR.” The interior of your accommodations are furnished with thoughtful details. You can chill out in the comfortable garden lounge on warm days and balmy nights! Come on in and make yourself at home!

As you can see from the photos, you’ll be staying in a place that’s anything but ordinary. With great attention to detail, I’ve furnished the apartment in a very special style to meet the highest standards. The high-quality interior makes you feel like royalty: the decor features a carefully curated vintage look, including, for example, a kitchen made of natural materials and details with unique charm—iron hardware on the solid cabinet doors helps reinforce the impression of times long past. The highlight is located above the sink cabinet: the large double sink made of black natural stone! The environment also benefits from this furniture. That’s because the brand-new furniture at Kim’s Residence is made from recycled wood, which means we’re actively helping to conserve precious raw materials.

In the living room, you’ll find an LED-illuminated wellness fountain and a stately, handcrafted mango wood cabinet that radiates classic beauty while still appearing unique thanks to its striking feature: the glass-paneled single door with its open sliding mechanism. The exclusive sofa is the very embodiment of casual chic! Striking design paired with warm leather results in a cool piece of furniture with soul and character! The choice of materials (leather and iron) creates a dynamic contrast that is characteristic of the Raw Materials style. Distinctive exterior stitching, heavy handcrafted casters, and luxurious upholstery round out this sofa’s industrial vintage design. Masculine nonchalance combined with comfortable seating—the high-contrast color scheme underscores the special charm of this high-quality piece of furniture. Here you can relax, lose yourself in a book, or enjoy movies on the large TV screen across from you, access streaming services, or even connect your own Amazon Fire TV Stick to the compatible TV. In the bedroom, the starry sky above the super-comfortable box-spring bed—whose color you can adjust to suit your mood—creates a soothing atmosphere. You can take a long, relaxing shower and pamper yourself in the exceptionally luxurious bathroom! A separate laundry machine and dishwasher are available to you in the “crazy looking room.” The ironing station is also located there.

I’m very easy to reach via WhatsApp when I’m away, or by text message. Prompt replies guaranteed! The number is provided to every guest. When I’m not working, I’m personally on-site. I live in the same building.
Guest access
You have your own separate entrance to your very own personal oasis.
Ideally, the apartment is designed for 1 to 2 people. Your guests will find a guest bathroom.
You’ll find a large, cozy living room with a big TV and access to Amazon Prime, a reliable robot vacuum named “Xiaomina 1,” and other comfort-enhancing accessories.... The apartment is furnished with high-quality, trendy furniture, a cool vintage-style kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, and refrigerator (please ask me for ice cubes if the tray is empty), a bedroom with the most comfortable bed in the world and a starry sky—watch TV from bed—sweet dreams!—..... and a very luxurious bathroom.

Additional important information
For longer stays, I require a security deposit, as is customary when renting vacation apartments. For stays of 7 days or longer, I or my co-host will collect the appropriate amount (up to a maximum of three times the amount of your booking payment) in cash upon your arrival.
