"Third time staying in Sanibel. This hotel (or Inn) is amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is amazing. Huge space, nice kitchen and supplies, balcony with a lot of chairs and table to sit and relax. King size bed was great and bathroom has 2 sinks - identical as photos. They offer 1 covered parking spot (in the summer or raining season, this make a difference). The Inn is right at the beach, in a private and nice place at Sanibel - away from the public beach area. My wife loved...

"What a great little place right in the heart of Cape Coral,..very affordable..I couldn't believe every room had a full kitchen with a fridge, microwave and my favorite a coffee maker! and an oven and a stove! The rooms were very big and it was very nice to have a patio also..I'm going to stay here whenever I have more work up in Cape Coral."

"O hotel é bem antigo, típico americano, a recepção bem antiga, mas o quarto deve ter sido reformado há não muito tempo. Tipo hotel beira de estrada mas ok para quem só vai dormir como o nosso caso. Não sei todos os quartos, mas o nosso eram 2 camas de casal, achamos um pouco apertado para 2 adultos e duas crianças. Mas a localização é ótima. Tem tudo muito próximo, desde lanchonetes, Ross, pet, five bellow, Dollar tree, entre outras"
