Unit F-4 is a corner unit, ground level, right on the beach. It faces East South East, offering beautiful views of the sunrise every morning.
Everything in unit F-4 is brand new. The “open kitchen design” has a stainless steel “French door” refrigerator with chilled water dispenser inside the door and freezer below.
There is a beverage refrigerator for chilling wine, beer and other beverages in a separate convenient location, in the Kitchen.
The washer/dryer is one machine. You put dirty clothes and detergent into that one machine. After it completes its cycles, clothes come out washed, dried and ready to fold.
The bedrooms have brand new Leesa Shapira Chill Hybrid medium-firm mattresses. A king size mattress in the master bedroom. Two twin size mattresses in the guest room. The Shapira Chill Hybrid medium firm mattress is 14” thick, and offers advanced lumbar support, with zoned support springs, memory foam, a cooling layer to maintain an even temperature and a tailored quilt top for extra comfort.
This unit has TV sets in the living room and both bedrooms, that allows for changing channels by voice command.
Unit F-4 is located on the beach, with an expansive view of the beach and waters and sky beyond.
You can see people walking the beach, shelling, sitting under beach umbrellas and kite flying right from your living room and lanai. On occasion you can even see dolphins frolicking in the surf.
The property offers resort-style amenities, including nearby bike rentals, shuffleboard, tennis and pickleball courts, a grilling and picnic area, a sun deck, a brand-new fitness room, and Sanibel Island’s only screened-in heated outdoor resort pool.
