This spacious 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking unit features all the comforts of home plus everything Sanibel Island has to offer! The master suite has a king bed with a new plush pillow-top mattress and access to a private screened lanai. The guest room has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request. The large and bright living/dining room with a beachy theme leads to a screened lanai overlooking a tropical pond and a side view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances (ice-maker in freezer). Both bathrooms are walk-in with glass doors and grab bars. Other amenities include ceiling fans, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs, queen size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will also enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs, loungers and a beach umbrella for your convenience. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, Wifi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators-all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.
