"As a common sense, going to a 5 star hotel shouldn´t be a surprise, unfortunatelly that was not what happen with this hotel. When we arrive to the hotel, I presented my passport that didn´t had the India E-Visa and was informed that this was mandatory. My second passport that had it, was in my long term hotel in Dehli, the person on the reception proposed no solution, just constantly informing that without that he wouldn´t process it. "First they didn’t find our reservation and took forever to find it. After that the key stopped to work and i could not push the elevator, when I went to front desk he told me the key was ok but I had to call the “last elevator” (there were 3).
