"As a common sense, going to a 5 star hotel shouldn´t be a surprise, unfortunatelly that was not what happen with this hotel. When we arrive to the hotel, I presented my passport that didn´t had the India E-Visa and was informed that this was mandatory. "First they didn’t find our reservation and took forever to find it. After that the key stopped to work and i could not push the elevator, when I went to front desk he told me the key was ok but I had to call the “last elevator” (there were 3).
