"As a common sense, going to a 5 star hotel shouldn´t be a surprise, unfortunatelly that was not what happen with this hotel. When we arrive to the hotel, I presented my passport that didn´t had the India E-Visa and was informed that this was mandatory. My second passport that had it, was in my long term hotel in Dehli, the person on the reception proposed no solution, just constantly informing that without that he wouldn´t process it. "First they didn’t find our reservation and took forever to find it. After that the key stopped to work and i could not push the elevator, when I went to front desk he told me the key was ok but I had to call the “last elevator” (there were 3). The problem, is as I explain to them: when I push the button I do not choose the elevator that will come so how can I choose the last one. The aanswering is: waiting a lot in front of tree elevators. "Seems like it was great hotel 10-15 years ago. I don't have any complaints for cleanliness or service because even though they were not extraordinary, they were decent and as expected. Something that bothered me were the rooms and furnishings. The room's design style was morden but seems liked it had aged a lot. Fern needs to invest in mordenizing the hotel when they are charging upscale prices for their rooms. "

"Amazing property ever I lived in. It’s a beautiful safe to stay property. The decora of the property premises in just amazing. The service is amazing very fast service. Foods are little expensive for sure. But other than very warm welcoming. Amazingly polite . Fantastic staffs. Yes little far from pink city but I don’t mind because anyways I rented a car for 8 hrs to do my sight seeing. All I can say I enjoyed my stay so much with lovely memories . "

"This hotel is mainly used for weddings, They ll ask you to do breakfast with in a family function which they are hosting with in the hotel, also they ll move you to their 6th floor which has worst room, no hot running water, water pressure is super low, dirty sheets, sofas, broken chairs , plz be aware before booking this property"
