"As a common sense, going to a 5 star hotel shouldn´t be a surprise, unfortunatelly that was not what happen with this hotel. When we arrive to the hotel, I presented my passport that didn´t had the India E-Visa and was informed that this was mandatory. My second passport that had it, was in my long term hotel in Dehli, the person on the reception proposed no solution, just constantly informing that without that he wouldn´t process it. "The stay was comfortable and relaxing with cozy rooms and various amenities. However, the timings for pool usage could have been extended beyond 7pm to benefit business travellers. The food offered under cuisine was good, but intercontinental cuisine could have been improved. I found tge food priced a little over the higher end.
