"As a common sense, going to a 5 star hotel shouldn´t be a surprise, unfortunatelly that was not what happen with this hotel. When we arrive to the hotel, I presented my passport that didn´t had the India E-Visa and was informed that this was mandatory. "Seems like it was great hotel 10-15 years ago. I don't have any complaints for cleanliness or service because even though they were not extraordinary, they were decent and as expected. Something that bothered me were the rooms and furnishings. The room's design style was morden but seems liked it had aged a lot. Fern needs to invest in mordenizing the hotel when they are charging upscale prices for their rooms. "
