"We had a wonderful stay!!! The home is absolutely perfect, wonderfully decorated (including the owner’s own lovely artwork!) - everything you’d possibly need is there and available to you. My son and his girlfriend kayaked the entire lake and loved it. We all enjoyed the fire pit overlooking the lake, the covered porch and playing several games of pool in the basement. "I like the vibe huttopia is going for and it’s an absolute family friendly gem, however our hit carpet was extremely dirty, the door didn’t close off completely which let inall the bugs overnight , our tent also had an area the zipper was completely broken which gave more room for allCreatures to comeIn. I stuffed it with a towel to make due . The lighting paths could be better to the huts at night. Love the vibe and what they tried to do , but we will not be going back. "

"The house was as pictured a family cottage by the lake. The owner was nearby and was friendly and my children had a fantastic time swimming, kayaking, and fishing. It was a nice relaxing family vacation. Would recommend the house to offers who want to just get away, relax, and unwind."

"The cabin was great but the 'leisurely stroll to the beach ' was horrible. A very steep driveway!!! The beach was not well maintained, old bouys and ropes. No place to sit except an old picnic table that was very close to the water."

"Nice spot on the lake, close to the shore as well. Camp is located well in from the roads so no concerns with traffic while staying there with our dog. Great screened porch. Although we didn’t get an opportunity to use them as the weather was cool it was nice to have kayaks and PFDs available if you were so inclined. Easy drive to explore the coast from the cabin. Lovely walks/small hikes nearby. Also close to shopping and Shain’s which was great!"

"This our second year at Cape Guinevere, and once again we had a wonderful stay. The house is cozy and well equipped, and really just perfect for our family to gather for meals, walks around Lancelot Shores, and of course for fires around the fire pit. It is close to Rochester and stores but we felt like we had our own private getaway in the woods. We’d go back again in a heartbeat!"

"The Outside areas had an "end of the summer" unkempt feeling. It wasn't used by us. The house interior had a nice neat cabin appeal with complete kitchen/dining area and a large sofa fronting a wood burning stove for cooler weather. We did make good use of the screened front porch and sitting area with TV. The individual 3 bedrooms were roomy with comfortable beds.
