"Their biggest pool - the one in their profile picture, was not open. I also resented that they did not have a water refill station, anywhere. They said that my only option for fresh water was to pay $2.50/ per plastic bottle to my room. When I asked if I could drink the sink water, they cautioned against it. It was surprising to me how hard it was to get water here, especially considering that they have a great sauna on the property; you would think hydration would be more of a concern."

"Location was beautiful. The beach spectacular, hot tub was relaxing, pool is heated, three different restaurants to eat from all delicious."

"This is a hidden gem. The location is lovely. The hotel is updated and spacious with a large pool, hot tub and sauna. Wilbur and Marla (staff) were exceptional. They were warm and welcoming and available to help whenever needed. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time in Bermuda but our time at Hillcrest was the exceptional. Thank you "
