"To start, Frank and Cher were amazing hosts! Very attentive to our needs and made sure everything ran smoothly. Walking distance from PSU, we were able to walk and explore the university with our new freshman. Everything was very clean. Whenever coming with the family will make sure to book again."

"I was highly impressed by the cleanliness and accommodations here. I loved how the hostess decorated and felt inspired to bring some of the ideas home! From the fireplace in the bedroom to the soaking bath tub I felt pampered. Renee even left a surprise birthday gift for my boyfriend. "Our 2 nights here were nothing short of perfection. We were in town for the weekend while we moved our daughter in to Penn State. Our family is also from a rural area so this property gave us peace and quiet that you can never find at a hotel. The house was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. We were also given cookies and a bottle of milk that may have been the most delicious milk I’ve ever had. We will definitely utilize this listing in the future for our next visit."

"Not many options in Port Matilda, so we were lucky to find this place so close to the Marrasas Mountain Lodge. We were still able to get an Uber from state college. And swing into state college for breakfast and supplies. It was perfect for our family of 6. And we even hosted some friends after the wedding. The outside looked comfy but weather wasn’t cooperating (rain) to use it. Loved the blue white Penn state details. Host was super responsive with some last minute questions. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed at Serendipity, a unique area in the back of the camp so we had a lot of privacy. I was skeptical of the "tabins" because not the best pictures online but was pleasantly content when we got here. They were spacious enough to accommodate and the beds were fine. It's not the cleanest, but as long as you bring a sheet and/or sleeping bag to place on top of the mattress it was quite comfortable.
