"I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....

"I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. "Gorgeous location right off Smiths reef for snorkeling, swimming,beaching,great pool right on top of the beach. House is as close to the beach as you can get. The whole family enjoyed it tremendously. We normally don’t go back to the same island in the Caribbean but are already talking about going back to this house. Conveniently located to Turtle Cove with all its amenities. Also can get to town in just a few minutes. Loved it"

"The host was extremely welcoming and our villa manager, Tox, was extremely responsive and helpful. The villa was incredibly clean upon arrival with a full kitchen and basic amenities provided as well as snorkeling and beach accessories. The villa is exactly as pictured, with a private pool that is able to be heated right on the beach by Smith Reef. "Our group was celebrating a few 30th birthdays and everyone had an amazing time. Matthew and Theresa the concierges were super helpful and got us the dinner reservation we wanted and also the jetskis delivered to the villa last minute. This villa has it all and everything is exactly as described. Housekeeping is very meticulous daily. Armando had the outdoors always set up perfectly and helped us many times with bags and groceries. We’re already trying to plan a return trip! "

"Só fiquem aqui! :) O West Bay Club é perfeito. Melhor custo benefício da região. É um hotel de excelente estrutura física, não muito grande, com excelente bom gosto, pé na areia e excelente serviços. Fica longe do lado mais agitado de Grace Bay, o que é perfeito, para ter uma praia com longo espaço de areia, e mesmo assim a uma distância de poucos passos do coral para snorkel. Fica ao lado de um outro excelente hotel, mas mais moderno e muito mais caro. Mesmo assim, eu escolheria novamente o West Bay por conservar uma decoração e clima de um Caribe elegante. Excelente serviço de praia, snorkel, nadadeiras, stand-up e o café da manhã, apesar do estilo americano, é de excelente qualidade. Amamos os mimos na chegada."
