It tends to be a lot cheaper than many other resorts along the Grace Bay beach while it offers all the necessary features of a comfortable hotel (nice pool, friendly/helpful staff, rooms are decently comfortable). "The resort was great, driving on the unpaved road was unexpected, but that area was not one to driving at night. Blue hills and conch shack was great but in a taxi not a rented vehicle. We never saw the restaurant open but there wasn’t many families there so understandable. Renting a car was only way to go. Sea grass was all over the beach but maybe seasonal!? But snorkeling was good several hounded meters down beach. "

"Check in was simple. Received and email the day before trip with check in instructions and directions. The property was well maintained. Enjoyed having the swimming pool and private access to the beach. This side of Grace Bay has less crowds than the east side. If you like being away from all the crowds and having a semi private section of beach, this is the place to stay."

"So many positives about this rental! The view is to die for: so serene and tranquil. Land and Sea and Bobs bar both super close and great restaurants. I fell in love with the secluded beach right there too. We had no issues while staying here but the host was very communicative and helpful. "

"Só fiquem aqui! :) O West Bay Club é perfeito. Melhor custo benefício da região. É um hotel de excelente estrutura física, não muito grande, com excelente bom gosto, pé na areia e excelente serviços. Fica longe do lado mais agitado de Grace Bay, o que é perfeito, para ter uma praia com longo espaço de areia, e mesmo assim a uma distância de poucos passos do coral para snorkel. Fica ao lado de um outro excelente hotel, mas mais moderno e muito mais caro. Mesmo assim, eu escolheria novamente o West Bay por conservar uma decoração e clima de um Caribe elegante. Excelente serviço de praia, snorkel, nadadeiras, stand-up e o café da manhã, apesar do estilo americano, é de excelente qualidade. Amamos os mimos na chegada."

"The review for The Palms is pretty much a review for Turks and Caicos. Overall one of the most beautiful places we’ve been, but unfortunately still with a poor infrastructure to accommodate so many tourists. Grace Bay is definitely the place to stay in Provo. The Palms is a gorgeous hotel, with nice, spacious rooms, a wonderful pool, right at the beach! The cons: horrible internet connection — seriously don’t expect to be able to browse much; breakfast only until 10.30 (and after 10am food stops being replaced). Although we loved the beach, rooms and pool, everything seems a bit overrated and overpriced."
