"Cozy and delightful! This cozy little studio has everything you need for a stay in the Sellwood neighborhood. It’s perfectly located, nicely decorated, private, clean, and comfy. The small patio area is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking to explore this area of Portland, you can’t go wrong booking at Coco Rose. "

"This home was very comfortable, it was very simple and accommodating for our needs. I would refer this home to family and friends. The inside was very comfortable. No complaints. Nice King size bed, wall unit AC units in bedroom and living room, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher (we didn't use it), stackable washer and dryer in unit which was very useful. "
