"Outside looks rundown but inside rooms are renovated with new furniture and modern amenities. Comfortable clean bed."

"We came in the off season and even without staff always present we were well taken care of."

"What a perfect beachfront location! This hotel is kind of sleeper, I think. The room was well-appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The reception lobby has an excellent coffee/tea station and the staff is friendly and informative. The hotel is located both close enough to town to make restaurant travel easy, and, at the same time, far enough away to feel relaxing and private. We will be recommending this very affordable Cape Cod location to everyone."

"Staff was very nice and accommodating. Very clean rooms and parking was very easy."

"the first room i was put in had an odor, the owner i believe, mr patel moved me to a room with new carpet and 2 queen beds and that cured the smell. the whole left side of the bed closest to the tv had collapsed springs so u could not sleep on it, u had to use the other one. the bathroom floor around the toilet was covered with black specs."

"Otima experiencia, check in perfeito, quarto muito bom, recomendo"

"Boa localização, nos hospedamos para ir a um casamento que era próximo. Check in com bom atendimento ao cliente. Quarto espaçoso e confortável e limpo. Preço bom. "

"The room was well equipped with phone charging stations on multiple lamps and in accessible areas. The room was bigger than expected. The staff was so friendly and gave us a quick call when we left a pillow behind--we appreciated this simple gesture ! Would stay again!"
