"Nice location near the lake, great for morning walk or run. Convenient location for visit to Cedar Point. Host very responsive and everything in house was clean and in good working order. There was a bit of road/utility construction on adjacent streets which was a minor inconvenience but otherwise the area seems quiet and safe. We would definitely consider this property again when returning to the area. "

"We had family come for our sons wedding and needed extra space and this home was perfect. Bride and her girls were able to get ready in the morning and go to the venue close by on the lake. My husband and I will keep this cottage in mind for a getaway for ourselves . Home is very clean and everything you want for relaxing getaway Thank you! Ann"

"We have been driving up from Cincinnati every summer for the last 9 years. There are not too many places to stay. This was the only one that made sense for me and my daughter. It was pretty far out from where we normally stay.. but it worked out just fine. We had a great time. Love the vibe of the house. Could use a little tlc outside, but overall great space. Thank you!!"

"This location was perfect for my family. We took our two children 2 and 6 to lake erie for the first time. This house was a prefect place for us and allowed us to enjoy the beach and the town very easily. I would highly recommend!"

"This was our first visit to Vermilion, Ohio. We came to experience the Festival of the Fish which is held each year over Father's Day weekend. We were very happy to find this clean and very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Everything, from entering the home to communicating with the hosts went smoothly. The home was within easy walking distance to the festival as well as many restaurants, pubs, shops, and the beach. The home has lots of windows and outside light. There is a covered...

"This was a great place in a pretty good location. We were pleasantly surprised at the garage space, it worked well as a place to air out and dry our clothes after fishing in the rain. The house was very clean, bathrooms were very nice. The parking is a little bit tight, as we had 2 full size pickups, but it all worked out great. Thank you to the owner of this property. We will be back!"

"Everything with the property worked well for a group of friends to gather and spend time together. Proximity to the lake made for nice walking opportunities. Living area and kitchen were spacious and comfortable for relaxing together and the multiple bedrooms made the property work well for five adults (none of whom was coupled up with each other). Something to note: the room with a double/twin bunk bed and a single twin will not work well for an adult to sleep in either twin due to unmovable...

"We stayed here to go to Cedar Point Halloweekend. Great location, cute neighborhood with a couple restaurants just down the street as well as a pharmacy and grocery store. It was a quick drive to Cedar Point too. The house itself was roomy and clean. It had all we needed for a comfortable stay!!"

"Exactly as advertised. We got to hang out as a large group and eat meals together. It was too hot to use the hot tub. Yes, there is a train. Plenty of space to park. Nice to have washer and dryer. Quiet location.Beds and bathrooms were nothing spectacular. And the house has some wear and tear as would be expected for hosting large groups. I would suggest adding some cookie sheets to the kitchen. We went to make dinner and were so grateful that someone in our party had brought their air...
