"Front desk guy was very unenthused to be checking us in or helping us in general. One word answers, no hellos or goodbyes, not have a nice stay, nothing. Told us we could come an hour before check in and then was snarky when we did. Pretty much every other staff member was cheerful, but the breakfast staff ladies were a delight and they deserve all the gratitude. Other than that property was as expected, room was nice, beds are VERY firm so just be prepared lol good economical stay"

"Hotel was easy to get to, around 20 minutes from Cedar Point. Plenty of parking available. Room was clean. Breakfast staff was very helpful for food allergies. I was able to read the ingredients for all of the hot items. And they gave me fresh food from the kitchen so nothing was cross contaminated with gluten from mixed up serving spoons. "The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was what you'd expect. Not great, not awful. The room left something to be desired. The mattress had a big divot in the middle, the floors were worn and, overall, the bathroom and common areas need updating. "
