"The vibe is good, walking distance to the beach is the best part. However, our room was not clean. Our sheets had blood on them and we didn’t notice until the next morning. Our TV was not working either, it would turn on but it would freeze at the welcome page. I paid $600 for this place it’s definitely not worth that much."

"I stayed in the resort July 14th to July 17th, 2026. Before leaving for the trip heavy wildfire smoke set in across the area. Very heavy. Of course I can’t blame the resort for that. The issue is that I called and tried to rebook my reservation for late August. There was zero compromise, zero willingness to work with me and they even went as far as to tell me that there was no smoke there and no warnings about it, when in fact there were both.

"Bed sheets were too small for the bed, there was dirt around the bottom of the tiles in the bathroom. They gave us 2 towels and 2 hand towels, no face clothes. The window frames were gross and no screens on the window and the ceilings were peeling. The rafters they have open in there were split and not that we did it but if someone decided to hang from them they could get hurt. I folded up the sofa bed so we could use the couch and there was dirt all over underneath of it. I would hate to see...
