We reported the issue and were moved to another apartment, which we appreciated, but there was no apology for the situation, no acknowledgment of how unpleasant it was, and no compensation for the food that had been contaminated and had to be thrown away. "Hotel muito ruim. Atendimento ruim, quartos sujos e velhos, carpete nojento. Chegamos fora do horário do checkin, pagamos uma taxa de 20 dólares por ser fora do horário, até aí, ok! Quando entramos no quarto havia uma pessoa la dentro, absurdo! Voltamos pra recepção, ela se desculpou e deu outra chave, quando entramos o quarto estava todo desarrumado e sujo, trocamos novamente, o outro que ela disse estar bom, estava sem toalhas e sujo. Fora que pra crianças e idosos é perigoso, não tem proteção...

"We were on a budget graduation trip to mount Tamborine and this was the best choice I made! Worth the money and beyond expectations. Although I thought the entrance was shady, we all had a good night sleep. The room was well maintained and all necessary amenities. Wish they had a pair of toothbrush and toothpaste. Other than that, it was a great stay. Definitely recommend!"

"Excellent restaurant. Staff really helpful. Free car parking. Rooms big. Easy walk to Gallery Walk where you can find shops and restaurants. Tamborine is busy in the day, but fairly quiet in the evenings. Having said that - later in the week there are still several choices open for eating and drinking at night, including The Manor. This is a historic building, so some fixtures / fittings are old, just so other visitors are aware."

"I was lucky to have a very high floor so views were amazing! The bed and pillows are five star. The only glitch was retrieving keys/cards from corner shop...its awfully unorganised and just a mess to search through. I figured it out, but im sure there are many who struggle. Im surprised there isn't another organised, designated area to collect them..like Circle on Cavill Hotels do."
