"Hotel muito ruim. Atendimento ruim, quartos sujos e velhos, carpete nojento. Chegamos fora do horário do checkin, pagamos uma taxa de 20 dólares por ser fora do horário, até aí, ok! Quando entramos no quarto havia uma pessoa la dentro, absurdo! Voltamos pra recepção, ela se desculpou e deu outra chave, quando entramos o quarto estava todo desarrumado e sujo, trocamos novamente, o outro que ela disse estar bom, estava sem toalhas e sujo. Fora que pra crianças e idosos é perigoso, não tem proteção...

"Great location, good spacious rooms. The only issue we had was that the room we were given had loud noise every time the toilet or taps were turn on from above level. The noise was constant throughout the night. However as soon as we raised the issue Jess in the reception came and inspected the noise and provided us with immediate solution of moving to another room on another level. Customer service provided was exceptional."

"フライトの都合でAM6:00のチェックアウトだとスタッフに事前に伝えていたにも関わらず、全ての出入口にロックがかかっており解錠出来ずに施設から外に出られない状態になった。 施設内部からはインターホン等のヘルプコール設備も無く、仕方なく2メートル以上のホテルのフェンスを乗り越えて脱出した。 大人でも乗り越えるのは大変だったが、同伴の子供達はかわいそうだった。"

"Adorei o local super tranquilo, a vista do apartamento era incrível e as amenidades do hotel como piscina, saunas e academia são muito boas. Acesso fácil de carro a Brisbaine e a todo o litoral sul para as praias. Fica a cerca de 5 km de Surfers Paradise, o " point" do centro."
