Perfect for families and groups of up to 7 guests, Casa Anna offers breathtaking views of Lake Garda from every room and spot in the house, letting you enjoy spectacular sunsets.



The solid, spacious house is spread over two floors, with 150 m² of living space plus a balcony, terrace, and porch. There are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a double and a single bed, and one with bunk beds. You’ll find 2 full bathrooms and a guest toilet with an adjacent laundry room on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals independently. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. There are 3 outdoor private parking spaces.



The outdoor spaces are a real highlight. A private, terraced 1,500 m² garden in front of the house is perfect for relaxing or playing, managed naturally and featuring the rich biodiversity of Monte Baldo. The porch is ideal for outdoor dining with a barbecue. The climate is mild year-round thanks to the lake breeze, and the air is especially pure due to the absence of industry and agriculture.
