The lush Mediterranean garden is the heart of this Apulian villa: centuries-old olive trees and tall palm trees surround the private pool reserved for guests, while a dense hedge and the surrounding fence ensure privacy and tranquility throughout your stay.



The house is a standalone property with a private entrance; air conditioning and free parking are included. The property also features a restored historic chapel with period religious statues. A traditional wood-fired oven and a barbecue are available for outdoor evenings.



The outdoor areas are shared with the owner’s family, who guarantee discretion and respect for your privacy. Bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding countryside. International guests are welcome: we speak English.



From San Vito dei Normanni, you can reach the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve, with its crystal-clear waters and scenic trails, as well as the coastal towns of Specchiolla and Torre Santa Sabina. Ostuni, the villages of the Itria Valley, and the trulli of Alberobello are must-see destinations, as are Polignano a Mare and Monopoli further north.
