Villa Eva by Perle di Puglia

Villa Eva is a holiday home in the countryside of San Michele Salentino, in the heart of the countryside of the area of Brindisi. It accommodates up to 9 guests. It`s equipped with accessories such as swimming pool, air conditioning in every room, barbecue, electric gate, outdoor shower, electric oven, alarm system, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, parking area, hair-dryer, heating system, solarium area, tv, mosquito nets.

The villa is surrounded by a garden with orange trees and vegetable garden at disposal of the guests. The swimming pool is framed by the furnished solarium with beach beds and umbrellas. There are two porches: one with a dining area and the other with a seating area.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom with bunk beds and 1 single bedroom. Completing the interior are 2 shower rooms and laundry room. Also present are air conditioning system, automatic gate and alarm system.

Eva is in the countryside of San Michele Salentino, a town near
Brindisi known for its wine and food tradition. The villa is 4
kilometers away from the city centre with its amenities. 




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 10 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 100, payable on-site.
 - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One bathroom is external.
