Unique location: our apartment is located in a very quiet area of San Vito Chietino, a seaside location with reserved parking and the convenience of an apartment 7 minutes walk from the seafront, which alternates between free and equipped beaches. Also excellent for train travellers, you can walk to the beating heart of the marina with the main catering services, bars, sandwich shops, pharmacies, mini markets... in short, everything you are looking for is just a few minutes from your home. Our house will be a pleasant dream!

Unique view and strategic location: Incredible view of the Adriatic Sea where you can lose yourself admiring the horizon. Relax in a small street away from the tourist hustle and bustle but in the best location ever: all the main venues are around us. You can access the structure by travelling along the State Road parallel to the apartment's small street and you can move to other towns on the Costa dei Trabocchi quickly and dynamically.



Stress-free holiday: Here, holiday means total relaxation. We are here to ensure a worry-free stay, where you can truly feel at home and, thanks to our numerous agreements with restaurants and experiential activities, you can experience Abruzzo like a true Abruzzese.



The municipality of San Vito requires the payment of a tourist tax of € 1.00 per person per day.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a cluster of terraced houses near the sea with parking. Before accessing the apartment's entrance door, you must go down three steps.

At check-in, it will be necessary to show identification documents for all guests and a credit card as a guarantee.



Our house is located on a quiet but well-served street, where you will find everything you need: welcoming bars, fresh fish taverns, fast food, pizzerias and beach establishments for a complete experience of relaxation and taste.



A few steps away, the coast reveals all its beauty with small coves and intimate beaches, so authentic and secluded that they almost seem like private beaches. We recommend visiting them early in the morning, when the sun rises and the sea is calm, to secure a little piece of paradise before tourists fill these unique places.



Right near the apartment runs the famous cycle-pedestrian path "Via Verde", an extraordinary route that connects all the towns of the Costa dei Trabocchi. With a strategic position and breathtaking sea views, this path is an unmissable experience, perfect for walks, runs or cycling to discover this unique coast.



San Vito Marina, located along the splendid Costa dei Trabocchi, is easily accessible by various means of transport. Here's how to arrive:



By car:

San Vito Marina is well connected thanks to its proximity to the SS16 Adriatica, the coastal road that crosses Abruzzo.



From A14 motorway: Take the Lanciano exit and follow the signs for San Vito Marina, which is about 10 km from the motorway exit.



By train:

The nearest railway station is San Vito-Lanciano, located a few kilometres from the marina. This station is served by regional trains on the Pescara-Termoli line, which connect San Vito Marina with other coastal cities.



By plane:

The nearest airport is Abruzzo International Airport (Pescara), located about 40 km from San Vito Marina. From the airport, you can rent a car or use public transport to reach Pescara, from where you can take a train or bus directly to San Vito Marina.
