We are located in Via del Castelluccio, just 400 meters from the sea. The Paese Nuovo area offers the perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to services and the beach. Here, parking is easy, there are several essential shops, and the sea can be reached with a 5-minute walk. The nearest shopping center is Conad City, which can be reached in a 10-minute walk. On Saturdays, we are close to the town market.
In via del castelluccio n.70 we rent a newly renovated apartment on the second floor of a condominium.

Internally it consists of a kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with window and shower.
