Apartment in a semi-detached house with independent entrance.

We are located in via Mameli, a side street of via del Castelluccio, just 400 meters from the sea. The Zona del Paese Nuovo is the right compromise between tranquility and proximity to services and the sea. Here there is no difficulty in parking, we find various shops for basic necessities and the sea can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The nearest shopping center is Conad City which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
At Via Vivaldi no. 10, in the new area of the town, we rent a newly renovated ground-floor apartment with a private small garden, composed of a large open-space living room with kitchen, a double bedroom with private bathroom equipped with a king-size bathtub, an additional bedroom, and the main bathroom.
EQUIPMENT: induction cooktop, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, Didiesse Frog coffee machine, TV, washing machine, air conditioning, and outdoor solar shower.
BEDS: The apartment sleeps 6 and consists of one double bed, one French bed, one single bed, and one sofa bed in the living area.
LINEN: Linen is not included in the price. Linen rental available:
– Complete double kit (bed linen + bathroom linen + bath mat) €20
– Complete single kit (bed linen + bathroom linen) €14
Blankets are not included.
RULES: Maximum 1 small dog allowed per stay. Cats are not allowed. A €200 security deposit is required upon arrival.
