This villa spans over 450 m² and features spacious rooms and large windows that allow natural light to flood every room, creating a sense of complete connection with the surrounding nature. It has an indoor pool with large windows through which to enjoy the scenery. From its garden, which spans over 5,000 square meters, and its spacious porches, you can enjoy the spectacular views. Villa Evarista can accommodate 8 guests (Wishome capacity), expandable to a maximum of 18. What do we mean by “Wishome capacity”? We’ve created this concept to define the number of guests that ensures our home always feels welcoming, regardless of the villa’s maximum capacity. It features 7 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms; one has a double bed, and the other has 2 bunk beds with a trundle bed. Both bedrooms have a bathroom, one of which is en suite. On this floor, you’ll also find the kitchen, which opens onto a large dining room, a living room, and access to the indoor pool, a large porch with a seating area, and an outdoor gazebo. On the first floor, there are 5 double bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room with a dining area, and a stunning terrace with a seating area. Our villa also features a private garden, a barbecue, an organic vegetable garden, and a children’s play area.
