"L'appartement est très grand (rez-de-chaussée d'une maison) et aménagé avec bcp de goût. Tout etait fournis à l'arrivée : linges de lit, serviettes de toilette, liquide vaisselle, éponge et torchons. L'accueil des propriétaires etaient chaleureux et leurs conseils bienvenus. Chien, chat, tortues nous ont réservés un acceuil amical. Le jardin est très grand, idéal lorsqu'on a des enfants. La piscine est un avantage non négligeable au vu des températures très élevées. "The ideal location of this luxury apartment made our trip to Orvieto a success. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The view was beautiful! My only complaint is bedding for the pull out couch was not provided even after I asked at check in. There is one flight of stairs to enter the building. There is a full bath up an half flight of stairs and the bedrooms are all upstairs with another full bath. (Adding for those with mobility issues) We traveled...

It is either an apartment or an entire home. It can’t be both They need to get their description corrected. It is also not a classic apartment. It is an old horse stable covered into multiple apartments. The apartment in the picture was not the apartment offered. On the listing it only lists one place available, but upon arrival we were not...

"We stayed 3 nights, and enjoyed the rural quiet location. The suite was a great size for two, clean, easy parking and the drive into any of the hill towns and villages was easy. Gwen was a wonderful host she knew the neighborhood and locals villages with suggestions for side trips and places to eat. Would happily stay again. "
