The address is that of the Mare Terra office for key collection. For arrivals after 8 p.m. and before midnight, advance notification is required and a surcharge of €30 is applied. Access is directly from the main road. Parking on the property.

There is no heating. TV reception is via antenna. TV channels are only in the local language.
