The apartments are located in San Teodoro, with a distance to the sea between 100 m and 2000 m and to the centre between 300 m and 1500 m. The address is that of the Mare Terra office for key collection. For arrivals after 8 p.m. and before midnight, prior notification is required and an additional charge of €30 is applied. Access is directly from the main road. Parking on the property.

There is no heating. Television reception is via antenna. TV channels only in the local language.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector, smoke detector and fire extinguisher.
