The apartment is just 5 km from the beautiful town of Menaggio. From there, you can take a ferry directly to Bellagio, for example. The crossing takes only 15 minutes. Lugano (Lake Lugano, Switzerland) is also only 30 km away by car.<br><br>It features a charming, practical kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, oven, and all the kitchenware you need for daily use (cups, pans, plates, cutlery, pepper, salt, coffee, tea), an extendable dining table with 4 chairs, a high chair, and an electric kettle.<br><br>In the bright living room, you’ll find a comfortable 3-seater sofa with direct access to the kitchen and the terrace. If you’re visiting Lake Como for skiing, you can also explore the nearby Valchiavenna–Madesimo/Campodolcino ski area—it’s just a 45-minute drive from the northern end of the lake. For skiing and snowboarding, there are 13 modern lifts serving a total of 60 km of wide, well-groomed slopes.
