"Gemma del Lago" is a luxurious residence housed in a historic stone mill, directly on the lake, featuring access to a communal pool. Our apartment boasts charming stone walls, wooden floors, and breathtaking views of the Alps and the lake, which can be enjoyed from the open-plan living area, the terrace, and the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and private indoor parking is provided. Guests have access to the lake via a shared wooden pier and nearby beaches.

Situated in the peaceful village of San Siro/Acquaseria, the apartment is just a short walk from local shops, a wine cellar, and a couple of restaurants. Boat rentals are available next door. Our space is ideal for relaxing and unwinding—whether lounging on the apartment's terrace while savoring meals, enjoying the condominium's pool, spending time at the shared wooden pier, or visiting the nearby beaches.

For those feeling more adventurous, there’s no shortage of activities and sights to explore. Rent a boat right next door to discover the lake's many attractions. Drive a few minutes to Menaggio to soak in the picturesque charm of this village, browse trendy shops and bars, or visit the local tourist office for the latest updates on activities and attractions. Explore scenic mountain trails starting just above San Siro/Acquaseria. Stop by a nearby farm to purchase fresh goat cheese, visit the San Martino area with its stunning lake views, hike to Carcente, and so much more.

Please be advised that the Municipality of San Siro/Acquaseria has recently introduced a Tourist Tax, effective from January 1, 2025. The daily cost is €1.50 per guest, applicable for up to 7 nights (no charge applies beyond the seventh night).

This amount, which I am required to remit directly to the Municipality, should kindly be left in cash in the apartment at the end of your stay.
