No Pets Allowed. Welcome to Cambria, where the Ranchland Pines meet the 'Mediterranean blue' water. This lovely home is at the heart of that description, as the interior style is almost Tuscan, with lots of wrought iron, granite & tile. A spacious living and dining area, and a thoughtful kitchen layout, make meal preparation a family affair. This home will sleep up to 8 people, so it's perfect for Holiday gatherings. The 4th of July is especially fun here, because from the deck of this home, you can watch the fireworks display at Shamel Park, right next door. Just a few steps to the sea to comb Moonstone Beach, and the tide pools. Let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep. An unforgettable sanctuary, where you'll want to return year after year to this beautiful beachside home. Exterior security cameras cover front door and driveway. TOT#0001097

Beautiful home and location. Rooms were very comfortable. My family has vacationed in cambria every summer for the last 15 years. Our family keeps growing along with the house size. This home was spacious, clean and we will definitely be back next year. The only negative would be the dining room chairs, they’re falling apart. Oh, and maybe a larger t.v.

Beautiful home but kitchen not well stocked. If you want to cook, bring your own foil, cling wrap, condiments, etc. No coffee. Nice laundry facilities but no detergent or softener. We had to run to the store for items that all other vrbo’s we have stayed at provide. Queen beds were small. Unfortunate really as the home is beautiful.

Perfect place by the beach

Beautiful and spacious home with lots of beds/bedrooms, nice big kitchen table, and two living spaces. Very nice views and conveniently close walk to the beach. Perfect for a big group. Hoping to return soon!

90th birthday party and vacation

Loved the house, where it was and everything about it. So close to Mom on moonstone Beach Drive. A little disappointed, the fireplace didn’t work in the main living room where you do spend a lot of time. the kids loved the fireplace downstairs and was nice and the fireplace in the bedroom was nice. Also, it was a little disappointing that the Jacuzzi tub didn’t work but all in all it was a great stay. !!

Lovely home in great location

This house was perfect for a weekend with our friends! The kitchen had most of what we needed. The dining room was large and had a beautiful view. The living room was comfortable and also had beautiful views. (I wish they had cleaned the windows, though.) We watched the sunset with a glass of wine!

Beautiful Cambria Ocean View Home

Lovely spacious home with ocean views. A great spot for a special weekend and easily accommodated 3 couples. We’ll stocked kitchen, nice outdoor decks and an easy walk to Moonstone Beach.

Terrific place near the beach in Cambria

We stayed here with 3 couples, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Very nice layout, plenty of parking, and a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful property!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family—60 something parents, and two 30-something couples. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The common areas were comfortable and well-equipped. The house has a perfect view of the ocean, and the beach is at the end of the block. It was an easy walk for someone with mobility challenges. Moonstone Beach boardwalk was close by, which was also a wonderful place to walk. I would highly recommend this property.

Don’t offer fireplaces, Saunas when they don’t work.

We enjoyed God’s beauty, home & surroundings. Ocean, food, shopping, all wonderful. So disappointed, NO working fireplaces, sauna, broken toilet seat. Please fix before next visitors!

awesome house

This house was perfect for our family wedding weekend. The downstairs was like a home to itself and was perfect for my son's family. Upstairs master and kitchen living room was amazing. Secondary bath upstairs is very small but it worked fine. Nice walking distance to the beach! Beautiful area. Perfect for our Easter Egg hunt too.

Overall, good but not amazing

Great location, clean on arrival. Lots of extra towels, sheets, etc... and a coat rack which is always a plus! Close to beach, park, pool. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of space for this family of four to spread out. Good knife supply and overall kitchen supplies. The home needs some modest attention. Serious ant problem required that we keep all our food in the refrigerator, though the rental agency was prompt with delivering additional ant traps (and the agency was responsive overall). Little things were missing, such as laundry detergent (I've never been in a rental where there wasn't at least a little) and a kitchen sponge or washcloth. The oven had been neglected and required a repair when we were there, and a stove burner was also out. Though there is a nice electric fireplace in the bedroom, neither the jacuzzi tub or the two other fireplaces in the living rooms work, FYI. They also need to invest in a smart TV, which is basic for a home at this price point. wifi worked very well.

We had a wonderful stay in this house and would definitely rent again. Loved the ocean views, spacious interior, and especially the close proximity to the beach - just a 2 minute walk! Only negative for us was the skylight in the Master Bedroom, which brings lots of natural light into the room as soon as the sun comes up. Unless you’re an early riser, I would recommend bringing along a sleep mask!

Your home is lovely! Perfect location one street from the ocean. You can hear the waves at night! Nice views including of the sunset. Beautifully appointed...all the bedding and towels we needed...all the dishes and pans we needed. Thank you!

Great house, beautiful location

My girlfriends and I meet up once a year in a new location and we loved this house. So close to the beach you can hear the waves, but also close to town. A few things were quirky - like the upstairs bathroom being so small the door barely squeezed by the sink but otherwise it was a perfect house.

Girls Trip to Cambria

We are five grandmothers who drove up from SoCal for a 4-day weekend. Check-in at Scenic Coast was effortless and quick. At check-out, we simply dropped the keys & garage door opener in the mail slot. At departure, start the dishwasher, and turn off the lights & heater; no other "housework" is required. The house was spotlessly clean, and larger than the pictures indicate. The three bedrooms had 2Qs/1K bed. The twins and a double were sofa beds. The downstairs is large with a full bathroom, queen bedroom, living area (TV, sound system, fireplace, wet bar, and twin pullouts), laundry room, street/garage entry, and patio with chairs. The loft is small, and has a double sofabed. The loft has the best ocean/wave sounds & view. The kitchen is well stocked, with 2 ovens, microwave and warming oven. (We didn't use these; just made our coffee in the morning). The park is at the end of the block, and then only a short set of stairs to the Moonstone Beach. We also walked at nearby Fiscalini Reserve. All of the restaurants in Cambria & Moonstone Beach are good, particularly The Sow's Ear, Linn's, and JJ's Pizza. There is a good french bakery at the Embarcadero in Morro Bay, just a 15 minute drive from the house. Too many wineries to list are within a short & scenic drive. There is one very small bathroom, that a larger person may have difficulty with. It didn't bother any of us, and we dubbed it "The Engineer's Delight", due to the precision of the design. We highly recommend this house for a family, or large group vacation. We had a wonderful time and will surely return.
