Majestic Rental on Moonstone Beach Directly Across from the Boardwalk!

This home has four bedroom and three bathrooms making it the perfect rental for you and your family! Offering an open-concept floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, there is ample space for your family and friends to relax and enjoy the beautiful Central Coast. You can soak in countless sunsets from the deck or you can simply just cross the street and stroll down Moonstone Beach Boardwalk! You truly cannot beat this gorgeous location!

Upstairs you will find the main living area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, downstairs is the master bathroom with a beautiful en suite as well as an additional bedroom. **Please note that due to water restrictions the jacuzzi bathtub in the master is non-functional.**
Directly across the street from the boardwalk and Moonstone Beach, you can watch dolphins and whales pass by while the last rays of sun hit the horizon. You can take a walk down the boardwalk to Sea Chest or Moonstone Beach Bar & Grill to enjoy a delicious dinner and local glass of wine. Whatever your pleasure be, whether it be exploring our beautiful beaches or disappearing into your own private retreat, this majestic home will be perfect for your Cambria getaway!

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast, you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast. The famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Charming San Luis Obispo is a 45-minute drive south and the Big Sur Coast is at your doorstep heading north. Cambria is the perfect starting off point for countless adventures!

We had a great stay and wished we had stayed a 4th night!Excellent location with amazing views (the pic in the listing doesn’t do the view justice). Directly across the street from the access to the beach and boardwalk. It is an easy (and pretty) 10–15 minute walk north along the boardwalk to a couple of cute restaurants and a wine bar, or a quick 3-minute drive (about a 15-minute walk) into the west part of the quaint downtown area with many shops and restaurants.The house is large and spacious and worked very well for our group of four adults and four teens. While decor is somewhat outdated, the house was very clean and well kept. Communication with the rental company was excellent.We would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable for 6... Sleeps 8 4th bedroom downstairs needs closet in the room and would greatly benefit from a private 1/2 bath. Kitchen stocked well, everything worked, all clean, great dining space and living room for all. Deck and picture window overlooking ocean was wonderful...

We stayed at this home in Cambria and, while the location is undeniably beautiful, the overall experience fell short of expectations — especially given the price point.Upon arrival, we noticed a significant issue with gnats and fruit flies, which persisted throughout our stay. The exhaust fan didn’t work, and the downstairs humidifier was full, contributing to an uncomfortable dampness in the air. The carpet and bedding were so damp that a pair of cotton pants left on the floor became completely soaked overnight — a clear sign of poor ventilation and moisture control.There’s a sign asking guests to remove their shoes, which we were happy to do — but the overall condition of the home didn’t quite warrant that request. The exterior is in visible disrepair, with every nail on the outside rusted, giving the property a neglected feel.Additionally, while there are notes asking guests to conserve water due to local shortages, we were surprised to find that it took up to 15 minutes for hot water to reach the shower — not exactly ideal when trying to be mindful of water usage.Cambria is a lovely area, and the location of the house is perfection, but at this premium price, you can absolutely find better-maintained rentals nearby. I would recommend looking elsewhere unless the owner addresses these maintenance and comfort issues.

A beautiful home but the couch and living room chairs need to be replaced. You sink so far down into the chairs that they are hard to get out of! We have stayed here four times now but would love some new furniture.

Beachfront oasis

We loved the house and our stay at Moonstruck Beach. The house is spacious, had everything we needed and had beautiful expansive beach views. We spent a lot of time on the private oceanfront patio watching the waves and surfers. Enjoyed the walk on the Moonstruck boardwalk to local eateries and the San Simeon park right by the house. We would return to this house in a heartbeat!

Truly Majestic! Beautiful location! Wonderful management!

So glad we chose this beautiful property for our little family getaway! First, it’s nicer than the pictures! The home is so roomy, unique, comfortable, and well stocked! You couldn’t ask for a better location! Right across from Moonstone Beach! It’s spotlessly clean with a lot of nice touches like little soaps and fluffy towels. More important, the property managers are so professional and made the entire rental process so smooth! Haley and Jackie are delightful and made sure our check in and check out were flawless! Huge thank you to Breen Vacation Station! We hope to rent from you again! Five star experience in every way!

Perfect for Family Celebration weekend visiting Hearst Castle

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway meeting family from LA and the Bay Area. Location was excellent, with unbeatable views of the ocean/Moonstone Beach from the living room and had a great open plan to share with the family. House was as advertised and the downstairs rooms were much larger than they appeared in the picture. A few things are dated and could be refreshed, but everything was completely functional, so no complaints. The management company were friendly, communicative and easy to work work. We would definitely stay here again for any future visit to Cambria.

Great location! Plenty of room to spread out - quiet at night

We did enjoy our recent 1 week visit to Cambria. The location was perfect to stroll onto the beach and enjoy a view of the ocean from sun up to sun down. We could hear the crashing of the waves every once in a while which was soothing.

Perfect for a girls' weekend away

I had such fun introducing my friends to Cambria and Moonstone Beach. We are only sad that we didn't have more time. The location of this house is excellent and we found the kitchen to be well-appointed and the house to be be comfortable.

Beautiful home. Wonderful location. The house was spacious, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The views of the ocean were spectacular, whether cooking in the kitchen, sitting in the living room or eating in the dining room. We will definitely return to this home.

Great Everything except one thing

We love this home and have rented it twice in less than a year BUT until they replace that upstairs ancient, faded living room carpet I won't rent again. Less a concern would be the popped seal on the windows have caused an obstruction of the ocean view in the master bedroom. Luckily the large bay window in the living space is beautiful! Hopefully i'll get a message about the carpet, I'll look forward to another stay!
