Is that the Balenciaga (fashion icon) family estate a couple of doors down (it is)...We were there with a bunch of friends and family for over two weeks and loved it but have so many questions that will likely never be answered. He was able to get us a same day reservation at the Laia Erretigia, the number one steak restaurant in Europe. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you need for a fun stay. "There is construction pretty close to the property, but it didn’t seem to get too loud. This wouldn’t be good for toddlers, as there are 5 flights of stairs. However, the elevator worked very well. We enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with hot water one morning and the management company responded immediately."

"Very well designed and comfortable place with very large common areas (exterior dinning, pool, garden, etc). A bit far from the center of Fuenterrabia but that ensures a very relaxed and quiet stay. Very high accommodation standards and well managed and attended villa."
