The apartment features: a double bedroom with a balcony and ocean views, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen-dining area that seats four and also opens onto a balcony with ocean views. From your balcony, you’ll feel as though La Concha Beach is literally at your feet. All of this comes together to create a comfortable and functional apartment. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, two televisions, towels, bedding, and kitchenware. Both balcony doors have double curtains to ensure privacy and block out light at night. The building has an elevator at street level for added convenience and easy luggage transport.

We have a 135-centimeter fold-out sofa bed in the living room and a crib for children. We also have a handheld fan for those hottest summer days.

The location is perfect for families and small groups who want to enjoy San Sebastián while staying as close as possible to the city’s top attractions.

The apartment is located right in the heart of downtown, surrounded by points of interest and well-connected by numerous public transit stops. Right across the street, you can enjoy the La Concha Beach promenade; walk past City Hall to reach the Aquarium and the Paseo Nuevo, or take the Antiguo Tunnel beneath the Miramar Palace to reach the Peine de los Vientos. Spectacular!

Thanks to its exceptional location, you can explore the entire city on foot while enjoying the charm of its streets and the ocean views. You can also enjoy the city’s shopping district, less than five minutes away, and the famous Old Town, with its renowned restaurants and pintxo bars, less than ten minutes away. You’ll get to experience San Sebastián right from its heart!

The city of San Sebastián is perfect for exploring on foot—its unique architecture, lively streets, and seaside promenades are well worth the walk. Alternatively, you can opt for the bus system, which is very well-developed and allows you to reach every point of interest in the city in just a few minutes. We recommend visiting the tourist office located on the Boulevard to purchase affordable transit tickets and learn about the city’s main activities.

You’ll also have the option to visit nearby cities via the Renfe commuter train at San Sebastián’s main station and the “Topo” (train) in the Amara neighborhood. With both options, you can easily visit any of the charming nearby towns to experience Basque culture firsthand, or even travel to Hendaye, France, in just half an hour.
