"Room was clean enough. The bathroom smelled of piss, so not properly cleaned. And the water in the shower takes a long time to fully drain.
The ambiance in the property is relaxing. If you commute, it is so close to the terminal at SM Lipa.
They have a big screen tv with Netflix, that made the stay worth it. The staff is nice, there’s free coffee and water too."

"Clean, spacious, quiet, modern but old and historic at the same time. Very welcoming staff. Plenty of parking. We ate at both the main restaurant and the pizza place and both were excellent. I didn’t know what to expect and was blown away by the quality of everything. Would definitely stay again if in the area. "

"on first day, they did not assigned me with the right accomodations, it was not the deluxe room, but they did not give me credit for the difference. the toilet was not flushing and the hotel staff did not take appropriate measures to mitigate it and we end manually filling the tank to flush the toilet . the advettisement says the hitel reataurant is ipen daily but that was not in fact true. we had to call and check if itnis opened and out of 14 dys we stayed there , we only ate there 3 times due...
