The house offers indoor and outdoor living on both levels, as well as modern accommodation for up to 13 guests. The home features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with an open plan kitchen and dining, ans indoor/outdoor casual living zone and lounge areas on both levels.

**Relax by the pool or Bbq in the poolside cabana and watch the sun set over the water’s edge.**

Ideal for kids with the outdoor swimming pool. There are plenty of grassed areas for children to play safely and separate living areas for adults to relax or entertain friends in style.

- 5 minute drive to Lakehaven Shopping complex , with lovely little retail shops.


**House Rules**

Please note this property sleeps up to 15 guests, there is a maximum of 10 adults . If you have more than 10 adults your booking will be cancelled.

We do not allow bookings for school leavers, groups under 25 years, hens or bucks nights.

Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited.
