Minimalist villa w/ private pool

Summary:

Sliding glass doors open the whole living area onto a private terrace with its own pool, facing straight out to the Pacific. Villa B3 is white and minimalist inside, with natural wood, an open-plan kitchen with island seating and a dining table for eight. Three bedrooms, two baths, Starlink Wi-Fi and 24-hour security, plus two shared pools in the complex. Room for families and groups of up to eight.



The Space:

Villa B3 is built into the cliffs of La Escondida, a gated community above the Pacific. Inside it's white and uncluttered, with natural materials and soft textures, so the light and the view do the work.



The sliding glass doors open completely, and the living room flows straight onto a big private terrace with your own pool, sun loungers, a hammock and plenty of seating. The terrace catches the morning light along the coast and the sunsets over the water.



Bedrooms: one king bed, one queen bed, and a third bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.



Bathrooms: two full bathrooms with shampoo and body soap.



Kitchen and dining: a modern open-plan kitchen with island seating, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and blender, plus a dining table for eight.



Comfort: air conditioning, ceiling fans, room-darkening shades, mosquito nets, TV, Starlink Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, iron and a safe.



Guest Access:

The entire home is yours, including the private pool. You can also use the shared pools in the common areas of La Escondida. The complex is gated, with 24-hour security.



The Neighborhood:

La Escondida sits on the clifftop in El Faro, between Playa Principal and Puerto Angelito. Playa Principal is 10 to 15 minutes on foot, and the Adoquín's restaurants and shops are 10 to 15 minutes. The Rinconada is about 20 minutes on foot. The stairs down to Playa Manzanillo, next to Puerto Angelito, are about 5 minutes on foot.



Getting Around:

The airport is 10 to 15 minutes by taxi. Most walks around this part of town are flat. There's free parking on the street.

Other Things to Note:

We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum. No smoking of any kind.



Please review the energy usage limitations listed under house rules, as additional charges may apply. All guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to their stay. A secure link will be sent before arrival, and completion is necessary in order to access the property.



Your stay includes 50 kWh of electricity per day. Any usage above this allowance will be charged at $5 MXN per additional kWh. Consumption is monitored daily, and meter readings can be provided upon request or if the limit is exceeded. To help stay within the allowance, we recommend turning off the A/C when leaving the property.



Hurricane season notice



If your stay falls during hurricane season, please be aware that storms can cause power outages in the area. These are outside our control and can happen at short notice. We're not able to offer refunds or partial refunds for power outages or other storm-related disruptions during your stay.



If severe weather or another natural event prevents you from travelling, cancellations will follow the cancellation policy on your booking. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers weather and natural events, as any claim for costs in that situation would need to go through your insurer.
