This upper-floor apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with sea views from the dining room, balcony and a bedroom that opens onto the terrace. The third bedroom is in a separate studio with its own entrance, seating area and kitchenette—perfect for couples or friends who appreciate extra privacy.

The Space:

You're on the upper floor of one of the original homes in Puerto Escondido, with the Pacific in view from the dining room, the balcony and the terrace.



Bedrooms: one queen bed and two double beds across three bedrooms, with air conditioning and room-darkening shades. One bedroom has sliding doors straight out to the terrace.



The studio: the third bedroom is a small self-contained studio with its own entrance, a seating area and a kitchenette. It suits anyone in the group who wants a bit of privacy.



Bathrooms: three full bathrooms, stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body soap.



Kitchen and dining: the full kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and blender, plus cookware, dishes and wine glasses. The dining room opens onto the terrace and looks out to the sea.



Living: a living room with ceiling fan, and a covered outdoor walkway lined with plants.



Outdoors: the balcony has sun loungers and a sea view. The tropical garden and the pool are shared, and the garden runs out to a railing overlooking the Pacific.



Comfort: air conditioning, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi.



Guest Access:

The main apartment and the studio are private to your group, and the studio has its own entrance. The garden and pool are shared, and the pool is for registered guests only.



The Neighborhood:

El Faro is a quiet residential neighborhood on the clifftop above the Pacific, between Playa Principal and Playa Manzanillo. The stairs down to Playa Manzanillo are about 10 minutes on foot. Playa Principal is 10 to 15 minutes, and the Adoquín, with its restaurants and nightlife, is 10 to 15 minutes. The Rinconada's restaurants are about 20 minutes on foot.



Getting Around:

The walks around the neighborhood are mostly flat, so you won't need a car day to day. Taxis are easy to find in town.

Other Things to Note:

We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum. The pool is shared and is only for registered guests. No smoking inside the home or on the terrace, you may smoke outside the home on the street.



The property features garden areas and balconies with handrails that have wide spacing. This setup may not be suitable for small children or toddlers. Parents should be fully aware and ensure children are supervised at all times.



All guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to their stay. A secure link will be sent before arrival, and completion is necessary in order to access the property.



Hurricane season notice



If your stay falls during hurricane season, please be aware that storms can cause power outages in the area. These are outside our control and can happen at short notice. We're not able to offer refunds or partial refunds for power outages or other storm-related disruptions during your stay.



If severe weather or another natural event prevents you from travelling, cancellations will follow the cancellation policy on your booking. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers weather and natural events, as any claim for costs in that situation would need to go through your insurer.
