We stayed here for 4 nights and unfortunately had several issues that significantly affected our experience.
The biggest problem was the extremely loud noise starting at 6:00 AM every morning from a gym located directly behind the building. The music and activity were loud enough to wake us up daily, which made it very difficult to rest during our stay.
Another major issue was the lack of reliable hot water. Despite contacting staff multiple times, we were told the water heater needed replacement, and this was not resolved while we were there. Not having consistent hot water is a basic amenity that should be guaranteed.
The sofa bed was also in poor condition. The frame was bent and very difficult to open, requiring staff assistance, and once opened it could not be closed again, making the space uncomfortable for the duration of our stay.
Lastly, there was a persistent moldy smell in the bedroom, which made the environment unpleasant and raised concerns about air quality.
While staff were responsive when contacted, the combination of these issues had a clear negative impact on our stay. This is the first time we have left a negative review on Expedia, but we felt it was important to share an accurate account so future guests know what to expect. I would recommend confirming room conditions and being aware of potential noise before booking.
