Bella Vista @ Tres Cocos has 6 bedrooms, including 4 master King en suites, additional Queen ensuite and bonus loft for a total of 6 bedrooms, 8 beds, 5.5 baths all on private completely fenced in double lot complete with private pool and 2 decks in this 3-story home. All the luxuries of resort living with the privacy of your own group. Our service staff cleans and freshens rooms, and changes out towels every other day. Our concierge service is available around the clock to meet your needs.

1st floor has our Ocelot Suite, Panther Pad and Lions Den: all newly built king en suites each with private exterior entrance/lockout, walk-in tiled shower, sofa or sitting area, and 2 have desks to work and play. TV’s and internet in all units.

2nd floor, Jaguar House: is the main house living space with full kitchen, open floor plan into dining room and living room with TV, master king en suite, queen en suite, 1/2 bath, laundry, office with 2 desks and stair case to 3rd floor loft with 3 beds and private deck. Decor: You can see our love for the native Belizean cats throughout the house with our original artwork from famous local artists.

Located just over a mile north of San Pedro in desirable Tres Cocos near popular bars, restaurants and only 1/2 block from the Caribbean waterfront. Short walk to 8 different popular bars and restaurants with several more nearby. In addition, our restaurant & bar, Aji Tapa is 3/4 miles north and one of the island’s best. Bella Vista @ Tres Cocos can arrange for anything to suit your needs including a fully stocked fridge & bar upon arrival, and we can invite one of our Top Chefs to prepare some special meals for you. Cart, bike or walk to Aji for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Golf Carts, Kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling trips and all excursions can be arranged through our reservation manager and hosts.

Getting here:

Fly into Belize City and take a shuttle flight from Tropic Air or Maya - we will arrange for you to San Pedro. We will be there to greet you and transport you to Pur Private Suites.
