Service was extremely friendly, and Giselle was quick to answer questions and provide solutions to problems, such as arranging transport to the ferry upon our departure. The only caveats about the hotel that I'd mention is that the door to the bathroom is entirely clear glass, so there's no privacy from your travel partner...
