"Very clean...nice staff close to the ocean and downtown "

"I have a nice stay for a week, is spacious the outside open area. Nice bugambilias bushes in the patio. The fridge wasn't working that well and be aware of ants. I like the pool and love the palapa! Every bedroom has a bathroom 👍"

"Firstly the property was empty, the TV brand new like we had to remove the plastic. We needed a cab so the lady sent (presumably) her husband on a dirt bike into town to fetch one as they were taking awhile. Pool was beautiful rooms were clean, common area was well put together. I had asked how I prepare coffee and she said that she would take care of it. We had a wake up call at 8:50 of a girl with a pot of coffee she was dropping off. This was my only gripe and likely due to a translation...

"This is our 2nd year at this property, and have booked again for next year. Love the condo & area.Some supplies are now needing replacement, such as pillows, toaster oven, & frying pans. Also, a bbq on the property would go along way. Abel was again so helpful with any requests we had, and was kind enough to take us out & show us around the surrounding areas on a couple of occasions during our 4 week stay.Until next time ... "

"I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Quaint little cottage with a beautiful view. Lovely outdoor seating area to sit and have your coffee and read while looking out at the Lagoon. The family that keeps the grounds is very nice and helpful. The only possible issue, is that there’s no real market. So, if you come, you may want to bring in some groceries. However, there are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores for water, drinks and chips, etc."

"The house is lovely with the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had, a stunning domed roof ceiling in the bedroom, good shower, comfortable bed and good internet so ticks lots of boxes. It is on the edge of town and has some industrial neighbours which made it very noisy. Happy folks are working hard but it is something to know about. It’d be best to have a car or rent bicycles if staying here as taxis were hard to come by at least when we were there. The walk into town was about 18 minutes. If...

"Not what we expected. The front door was not shutting properly, the sewer gas entered room, we had limited space for food prep, cook top was dangerous to use, we needed to ask a neighbor for water.fowater.firday"

"The unit we had gotten was a three bedroom but a/c got damaged but the owner and manager took care of problem asap We had a good experience the area is clean, pools are great it is quiet only thing the beach not good for swimming but it is great for a walk sunset or sunrise there are also restaurants and stores close by so overall it’s great."
