This self-catering villa is a lovely well-appointed property with wonderful views to the golf course and mount Teide. The interior is nicely furnished for a very comfortable and relaxing holiday. Enjoy your own private bar! There is free WiFi in the villa to connect all your devices. The villa is also wheelchair friendly, so the bedroom and bathroom facilities are fully handicap accessible with a larger terrace than most in the complex, part of it has been converted into a conservatory style indoor space that is enclosed to provide a lovely dining area that boasts a gorgeous wood ceiling. The conservatory is complete with a table and four chairs which is extendable to add two more and enjoys panoramic views over the golf course.

San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The resort has sunbeds and umbrellas for your use. The San Andres Resort is the perfect complex to provide a safe, quiet and wonderful holiday whether you are a couple, family or a lone traveller. The Resort has many facilities, such as 2 Children's Park, Tennis Court, the heated pool has disabled facilities to be able to swim, there is a Hairdressers on site, Beauty Salon, Massage centre, Pool-Bar, Supermarket, and Café Med Restaurant. The Hotel Resort also has a Spa/Gym.

- Layout -

Bedroom one has a king size bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, windows with shutters and a ceiling fan. This bedroom also has an en-suite full bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower.
Bedroom two has two twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, windows with shutters, a TV, DVD player and ceiling fan. Bedroom three is a nice corner room that has a day bed that sleeps two. During the day, it can be used as an additional living area. Bathroom two is very spacious. The shower has a soothing fixed rain shower head plus a handheld shower head. Bathroom three is also a full bathroom with a shower sink basin and WC.

The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Everything you need in a self-catering holiday home is provided. From the kitchen a door leads into the conservatory. The lounge is a comfortable open-plan living area with a three seater corner sofa, plus reclining armchairs, flat screen TV and a coffee table. The living room extends out into the conservatory. The living space is complete with satellite TV channels and high speed internet both complementary. On the outside terrace you have seating for four and there is a section of the terrace which is secluded for private sunbathing. The terrace areas offer welcome shade in the late afternoon.

There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, excursion shop, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
