It is located in a central but quiet area, behind the minigolf park.

It is composed of a living room with a kitchen and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom, another bathroom, a veranda with a washing machine and a closed garage with an overhead door.

Facilities include air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, mosquito nets, satellite TV.

The house is also equipped with a heating system for the winter months.

This villa is located in Bibione, seaside resort located on the border between Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto, 80 km from Venice.

We have a 7 km long beach, fully equipped with umbrellas, kiosks, sports and entertainment facilities for sports activities for children and adults totally free. A place full of attractions and events throughout the whole of the summer season, with more than 70 km bike paths that wind through the city and the pine woods that line the river and lagoon, for a holiday of relaxation, fun and sport at all levels.
