Seafront apartment located in a central position, ideal to enjoy a great holiday time. Our property comes with a wonderful sea view. It's been recently refurbished and it features two bedrooms, with a spacious living-room with a comfortable double sofa-bed, one bedroom with a double bed, a cozy bedroom with 2 single beds, an equipped kitchen corner, a full bathroom, an amazing balcony with sea view and a covered parking.

° Excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 100eur to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out, after the apartment inspection.
-City tax: it is required to be paid upon arrival in cash. It is 1,15eur per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 4 years are exempt).

° Extras (Optional) > All extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
-Bed linen: 8eur person/stay
-1 towel for the shower: 5eur person/stay
